联达手臂助力门框加工业转型 劳动力成本骤降90%

美国木工机械制造大厂Machine Tool Camp(MTC) 选用新代210MB-E铣床控制器,以及联达LA2100-60 (臂展2100mm, 最大负载60kg) 及LA1206-10 (臂展1206mm, 最大负载10kg) 两款机械手臂,针对门框加工,分别进行料仓取料、加工送料等高重复性工作,协助加工厂降低对人力的依赖,释放人力进行更有价值的工作。

机械手臂的使用,相比传统的桁架系统,对空间的要求更低,且能更灵活地与各种机台整合。过往架设桁架系统需要2人耗费2周工作日才能完成,然而导入机械手臂仅需1人3个工作日即可完成,大幅降低机台整合的技术、空间门槛及人力成本骤降近90%。
